About This Workshop

How do we you get from Idea to Investment?
This is not a “how to write a business plan” course. It is an intensive, hands-on workshop, in which you will develop your business idea into an actual business presentation, which you will be able to present to potential venture investors.
The goal is to help you better understand the journey of taking your idea from the drawing board to a product. How to create ideas, screen and select your idea, analyse them, calculate the costs of product service development, select a business model and calculate the investment required to turn it into a reality.
You will also understand the dynamics of fund-raising in order to increase your chances of success. How much equity do you give away? How do you structure deals with potential investors and business partners and what are the legal aspects you MUST watch out for in your agreements?
What should you look for in an investors and partners? What do they look for in you? Get the inside track on what unwritten qualities investors look for in you and your idea and how to prepare, present and pitch your case for investment.
